Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 44 pounds

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high-quality standards
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations
