Requirements
As an Industrial Cook, you will play a key role in the production of our food items, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and specifications. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking large quantities of confectionery sauces in an industrial setting, following established recipes and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience as an industrial or large-scale cook is desirable, but not essential
2. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
4. Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
5. Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
6. Physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy objects.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare and measure ingredients for large-scale cooking according to recipes and production schedules.
2. Operate industrial cooking equipment such as industrial boiling pans to cook food items in bulk.
3. Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
4. Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment.
5. Work closely with other members of the cooking team to ensure seamless production and timely delivery of food products.
6. Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and any deviations from recipes.
7. Perform basic maintenance on kitchen equipment and report any issues to the maintenance team.
8. Flexibility to work with a variety of ingredients and adapt to changes in production schedules.
